So, how does this work?

Our Process

InvestorHome purchases properties that come with a buyer already in place. We provide the buyer the financing for a set term. At the end of the set term the buyer closes on the home with traditional financing.

The buyer places a non-refundable down payment and makes monthly payments to InvestorHome.

InvestorHome purchases these contracts for 50% of their maturity value by buying in bulk. For every $1,000,000 in profits, InvestorHome buys those properties for $500,000. This allows for a fixed 10% per year ROI to you when the contracts mature. The other 20% goes to InvestorHome to find, buy, and manage the properties for the term of the investment.

We ensure & secure your returns! We place caveats on the titles and control the assets to maturity. Should the buyer ever default, they forfeit their equity, down payment and payments. InvestorHome continues to control the asset.

At the end of the contract the investor is paid out their principle plus a fixed 10% per year ROI.
